چکیده

Abstract Background To assess responsiveness of five outcome measures at four different follow-ups in patients with SLAP II lesions the shoulder. Methods 119 symptoms and signs, MRI arthrography arthroscopic findings were included. The Western Ontario Shoulder Instability Index (WOSI), Oxford Score (OISS), EuroQol (EQ-5D3L), Rowe Constant-Murley (CMS) assessed baseline, 3, 6, 12 24 months. analysis contains both anchor-based distribution-based methods, hypothesis testing. Results Confidence intervals for ROC cut-off values, representing MID, OISS, CMS EQ-5D3L crossed zero 3 Cut-off values stable between 6- 24-months follow-up. At (95% CI) were: 18 (13 to 24); WOSI 331 (289 442); OISS 9 (5 14); 11 (9 15) 0.123 (0.035 0.222). MID 95%limit estimates substantially higher than MEAN all instruments. reliable change proportion (RCP) improved group highest (ranging from 68 87%) significantly lower CMS. had lowest 16%). We found a moderate correlation mean scores anchor, except EQ-5D3L. Conclusions In II-lesions patient reported clinical score best responsiveness. Our results suggest that months follow-up is too early evaluation.

The Constant-Murley (Constant) score, Western Ontario Osteoarthritis of the Shoulder (WOOS) index, American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) score, and Single Assessment Numeric Evaluation (SANE) score are commonly used to assess patient-reported function following shoulder surgery. However, psychometric properties for these tools are mostly unknown for patients with primary glenohumeral arth...
